Dr. Briana Sinatra is a practicing naturopathic doctor, mom of three, and wife of naturopathic physician Dr. Drew Sinatra. So, she not only knows medicine but is intimately familiar with the physical and mental challenges of today’s “on-the-go” lifestyle.

Dr. Briana Sinatra holds both a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Master of Science in Acupuncture from Bastyr University, America’s top naturopathic and integrative medical school. Today, she has a vibrant, healthy practice in the Pacific Northwest where she focuses on women’s and family health.

In her practice Dr. Briana Sinatra’s approach to health and wellness is holistic, combining nutrition, mindfulness, and other lifestyle solutions to help people uncover, understand, and reverse the root cause of their health conditions.

Centering on Balance—for Her Patients & Herself

Dr. Briana Sinatra spends time with patients of all ages to help ensure that their energy, digestion, sleep, and mood are all in sync and working as they should and uses naturopathic assessments and solutions to guide the body into a state of balance and wellness.

When not working, she spends much of her time with her husband Drew and her three young children. She loves the outdoors, including walking, hiking, and biking with her family. She also enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, and attending farmers' markets.

Unparalleled Credentials

Dr. Briana Sinatra is a Board-Certified Naturopathic Physician and trained Acupuncturist. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from the University of British Columbia.

She then headed to Seattle, Washington, where she attended medical school at Bastyr University and completed a 5-year dual-degree program obtaining her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and her Master of Science in Acupuncture.

Briana practiced in British Columbia early in her career, as a family practitioner in an integrative wellness center. She now has a vibrant, active practice in the Pacific Northwest focused on women and families.
