Berberine Helps Maintain Blood Sugar Levels in the Normal Range
In one part of a two-part study, individuals were given three 500 mg doses of berberine daily (the same dose in Berberine GlucoGOLD) for three months. It showed that berberine helps maintain blood glucose levels already in the normal range and supports healthy lipid profiles.1 Plus, a second randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study (where individuals also took three 500 mg doses of berberine daily) confirmed that berberine helps maintain blood sugar levels already in the normal range.2
A third study further shows the effectiveness of berberine. In this three month, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, individuals were given 1,000 mg of berberine daily or a placebo. Crominex 3+ Promotes Healthy Blood Glucose and Total Cholesterol Levels
In a 12-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, individuals were divided into three groups and given either 400 mcg or 200 mcg of Crominex 3+ or a placebo. The 400 mcg dose of Crominex 3+—the same amount in Berberine GlucoGOLD—was shown to be more effective than 200 mcg or the placebo in promoting blood glucose levels already in the normal range. The research also suggests it supports healthy total and LDL cholesterol levels, while promoting a healthy inflammatory response and supporting healthy endothelial function (the health of the cells lining your blood vessels).4
What’s better, a second randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study was done on Crominex 3+ with equally compelling results. In this 12-week study, 400 mcg and 200 mcg per day of Crominex 3+ was again tested against a placebo. And again, the 400 mcg dose was found to help maintain normal blood glucose levels, support healthy total and LDL cholesterol levels, promote a healthy inflammatory response, and healthy endothelial function.5
